Hotelul a fost excelent. A fost foarte curat, personalul extrem de profesionist, inclusiv doamnele care se ocupau de curatenia camerelor, iar mancarea a fost de 5 stele, foarte variata si bine gatita. Proximitatea fata de parcul Land of Legends reprezinta de asemenea un mare avantaj. Ne vom intoarce cu siguranta la acest hotel.

Super fain, hotel foarte ok ca i raport pre calitate. Mancare extraordinara, muzica live foarte mito la terasa din fata hotelului, spectacole i tobogane pentru copii, curaenie luna, plaja foarte curata i un ponton de vis. Foarte relaxanta atmosfera acolo, recomand!

Daca dorii sa mergei in Bazar putei lua autobuzul din fata hotelului . Personal preurile mi s-au exagerate in bazar, dar daca mergei puin mai in jos pe str. Principala o da gasii magazine normale unde preurile sunt f bune

Resortul este fabulos, poate satisface si cele mai pretentioase persoane, cazarea, mancarea, personalul si serviciile oferite de nota 10. Daca ar fi sa poata imbunataii ceva ar fi deschiderea uneia dintre piscine pe timpul noptii. Multitudinea de activitati si parcul acvatic il face perfect pentru familii cu copii.

Raport calitate pret foarte bun. Nu a fost scump dar nici serviciile si mancarea nu au fost wow, ci doar putin peste acceptabile.

aveti grija la cazare sa nu primiti camere la parter. Miros de mucegai. Camerele au nr format din 4 cifre iar cele de la parter au cifra 0 pe a doua pozitie ex: 2003, 1011. Cereti insistent sa va schimbe camera daca primiti asa ceva inca de la check-in. Noi a trebuit sa schimbam camerele si am ajuns in alt hotel din acelasi lant Crystal la 5 min distanta cu masina, unde totul a fost ok. Schimbarea camerei s-a facut prin agentul local de la Christian tour (aceasta agentie a vandut sejurul). Poate ca noi direct nu am fi reusit sa schimbam camera atat de repede si usor. asta ca un plus pt agent. Ca si puncte minus pt agentia respectiva: cele mai multe dintre promisiunile facute de agent legate de excursiile organizare de ei sunt minciuni, deci de evitat.
